About Our Teachers
Educare provides thoroughly screened RECE and ECA supply teachers who are immediately available for any period of time, from three hours to many months. All Educare supply teachers undergo rigorous screening and evaluation before being hired and all of them meet or exceed Day Nurseries Act requirements and carry the documentation to prove it with them on every assignment.
About The Owner
Being a mother, wife, entrepreneur and an immigrant has been a wonderful journey for Shima Rezai, the owner of Educare Staffing Services. Holding a Master’s degree in economics, and with her human resources, customer service and daycare teaching background, Shima decided to start Educare Staffing Services after 4 years living in Canada.
Shima’s goal is to effectively connect the most qualified child care professionals with child care centres in Toronto. She tries to help kids still get the most out of their daycare time when their own teachers are not available.
